With a purpose of establishing a legal compliance structure, Livesense established “Compliance Rules” and implements measures toward dissemination among executive officers and employees to ensure compliance with laws and social norms. To facilitate the promotion of Compliance Rules, we established a “Compliance Committee,” which is chaired by the President and Representative Director, to confirm measures regularly.

As part of further efforts to form a compliance structure and ensure compliance with relevant laws, internal regulations and social norms during the execution of business, we have outlined the following principles for conducting fair and appropriate business activities.

    Have a proper understanding of and compliance with laws, and the intent of those laws, related to operations. Also conduct ethical business activities based on common sense and in line with social norms.

    To secure the trust of our customers, we value the opinion of our customers and strive to provide high-quality, safe products and services that meet the needs of our customers.

    Ensure that transactions with all business partners are fair, based on common sense and goodwill, and highly transparent.

    Work to contribute to society not only through business practices, but also through social activities.

  • RESPECTING HUMAN RIGHTS AND A HEALTHY WORKPLACE ENVIRONMENT

    Respect the human rights of all people and show no tolerance for actions leading to unfair discrimination. Also work to ensure the safety and health of workers and work to maintain trustworthy, healthy workplace environment.

  • COMPLIANCE STRUCTURE PROMOTION AND IMPROVEMENTS

    Continuously manage one’s own activities based on these regulations as well as efforts to promote and improve the compliance structure.
