Livesense Inc. (“Livesense”) is an internet media company with a corporate philosophy of “Happiness Begetting Happiness”. In order for our company to conduct our businesses, we believe it is our social responsibility to properly manage personal information. In order to fulfill this responsibility, Livesense will implement the following initiatives. In addition, this Privacy Policy covers all personal information which Livesense manages, unless otherwise noted.

1.Collection, use and provision of personal information

Livesense will lawfully and properly acquire and only use personal information managed by all of our businesses and the personal information of our employees to the extent necessary to achieve specified purposes. Livesense will, unless otherwise specified by law, obtain prior consent when using or providing personal information which is reasonably considered not relevant to the purpose.

Livesense will comply with laws and ordinances and our privacy policy regarding protection of personal information

3.Safe management of personal information

Livesense will implement reasonable protection and correction measures against unlawful access, leakage, loss, damage, alteration, etc. of personal information, in order to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

4.Complaints and inquiries regarding personal information

Livesense will immediately treat any complaints or inquiries regarding personal information in our possession.

5.Initiatives to protect personal information (personal information protection management system)

Livesense will continually review and revise its initiatives to appropriately protect personal information in its possession.

1.Business treating personal information

2.Purpose of using acquired personal information

The personal information obtained by Livesense will be used for the following purposes

    ・For contacting on necessary business issues and fulfilling obligations specified in agreements

    Personal information of our recruit candidates
    ・For contacting candidates and providing notices
    ・For the selection of candidates
    ・For statistical documentation for future recruiting activity
    ・For basic documentation of employment management after hiring<

3.Outsourcing of personal information

Livesense may outsource partially or as a whole the treatment of personal information as necessary in order to achieve the purposes of use. In such cases, Livesense will manage as necessary and appropriate the personal information by signing agreements, etc. with such contractors.

4.Optionality of providing personal information

Livesense is provided personal information necessary to achieve the purposes of use. All personal information Livesense requests is optional and at the discretion of provider, but if not provided, the use of all or part of our services may not be possible.

5.Providing personal information to third party

If Livesense provides personal information to third parties (providing to third parties as defined in Personal Information Protection Law Article 23), Livesense will, in principle, obtain prior consent, excluding the below cases. In addition, our services may be pre-scheduled to provide information of the customer to third parties as part of its service. For such services, the terms of services of the services specify that the customer consents to personal information being provided to third parties, so the terms of service should be read carefully when registering for membership or applying. If registered as a member or applied, it will be deemed consent to the terms of use has been provided, and deemed consent to provide personal information to third parties for specified purpose.

6.Procedures for requesting disclosure, etc.

When requesting for the notice of the purpose of use of personal information, the disclosure of, the revision, termination or termination of provision to third parties (collectively “disclosure, etc.”), the following procedures will be required. In addition, if there are different request procedures regarding disclosure, etc. are specified in “Handling Personal Information” of each service than this policy regarding personal information obtained through registration for membership application, contacts, transactions, etc. through each of our services that we provide, the privacy policy (“personal information protection guideline”) of each service will be implemented.

When bringing directly, please send an e-mail to the registration desk to schedule a time and date. Disclosure etc. reception desk may not be able to process requests without a prior appointment.

    Required documents for disclosure, etc. For application, the following documents will be required in addition to the application form specifying the desired treatment of the disclosure, etc.

    ⅰ when the person himself/herself is requesting

    In order to confirm your identity, one document from both List A and List B will be required.

    A One document from the below
    ・Seal certificate (within one month from date of issue, with current address)
    ・Family register (within one month from date of issue)
    ・Residents certificate (within one month from date of issue)

    B One document from the below
    ・Copy of passport (not expired with current address)
    ・Copy of driver’s license (not expired and issued by Public Safety Commission of each prefecture)
    ・Copy of health insurance card (not expired)
    ・Copy of pension book
    ・Copy of alien registration certificate

    ⅱ when requesting disclosure through an agent

    In order to confirm the authority of the agent, all documents from List C and one document from List D will be required.

    C All documents below
    ・Residents certificate (within one month from date of issue)
    ・Power of attorney. If the agent is a legal representative, a document which certifies such qualification can substitute the power of attorney (family register, family register for individual, certificate from family court, or a certificate of register (within one month from date of issue))
    ・Seal certificate for seal used in documenting the power of attorney. Not required for legal representatives

    D One document from the below
    ・Copy of the agent’s passport (not expired with current address)
    ・Copy of the agent’s driver’s license (not expired and issued by Public Safety Commission of each prefecture)
    ・Copy of the agent’s health insurance card (not expired)
    ・Copy of the agent’s pension book
    ・Copy of the agent’s alien registration certificate

    If the following criteria are not met, the documents may not be accepted.

    ・If the legal domicile or my number are specified, please black out such information
    ・If there is a back-side to the document, please provide a copy of the back-side also

  3. (3)

    Fees There are no fees for requesting, but costs incurred to contact Livesense such as telecommunications or postage fees will not be reimbursed. Livesense will disclose prior to any changes to fees.
